Purpose
The purpose of this stage centers on your team analyzing map data and collaborating with your map designer/s to develop the first draft of the map.
During this stage you will:
In sections 3.1-3.9, you will collect map data from youth engagements and work closely with your map designer/s to draft the map. Below is an overview of the activities and map moves you will make!
Prepare to Analyze Data and Draft Map
- 3.1 I 📖 Overview of Data Analysis and Map Drafting Process
- Here you will receive your first introduction to data collection, analysis and map drafting process which will shape Stages 3 and 4.
- 3.2 I 📖 Working with your Map Designer
- Here you will begin to develop your relationship with your map designer/s, create a project scope of work with them and a working timeline/project management approach for the project.
- 3.3 I 🖐🏾 Collect Data from Partner Engagements
- Throughout this map making process, data is generated from various types of engagements. This section will explain each engagement type and guide you in collecting data from each.
- 3.4 I 📖 Value Based Coding and Design
- Here you will learn about Value Based Coding and Design. It is not just deciding what is mentioned the MOST, but which aspects are most in alignment with the values of your organization. These aspects will drive your map design.
Analyze Data from Partner Engagements
